BAD BUSINESS! Bought the service loaner car "as new" because it never left the dealerships ownership, and they showed a clean CARFAX. Got the car home and was loo Bought the service loaner car "as new" because it never left the dealerships ownership, and they showed a clean CARFAX. Got the car home and was looking through the paperwork and we found an extensive, itemized, front end repair invoice that was done through the dealership!!! We brought the car back the next day and they claimed they knew nothing about it. Then they offered to make it right by "giving us a GREAT break on a brand-new car." They then proceeded to try to sell us another car for over $2000 more than they had advertised it for online with a higher interest rate than advertised online, until I pulled up the ad on my phone and showed them. The person we dealt with said he was not a salesman but worked in finance and took his direction directly from the general manager. So, we walked away with the new car for the advertised price and interest rate, no great break there except for the advertised interest rate, AND they posted the original Intense blue, 2023 Hyundai Elantra limited, back on their website for sale for the same price as a CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED car with NO ACCIDENTS OR DAMAGE REPORTED on the CARFAX!!! If you look at the hood carefully, you can see that it's slightly off. Signed, THE Wife More

First I do want to thank all of you guys it was good buying experience the high > I did most of the deal with Diane by texting without leaving my living room. Then I came in it did took few minutes till you guys understand that After we agreed on the details by text I will not let you guys change anything but it was super quickly to make it clear (in my experience it usually take longer) the low> I never got the email with all the financial paperwork (as discussed) It took more than the 7 working days to get the car (as promised ) and during the wait for the car your communication and responds wasn't great. Thanks again for your service, Will meet you guys in few month for another car. More
