Jimmy Britt in Greensboro, Ga is the best dealership in the state of Georgia. Their customer service, attention to detail and unwavering support to each customer from start to finish is unmatched. The whole team effort is by far the best experience I have ever had in my life. There is never any pressure to buy and tons of experience and knowledge that they are eager to share to ensure that you make the most informed decision. Mr. Fabian and Mr. Antonio you are the 5 star quality that will ensure I come back over and over again. I can’t help but tell everyone I know how gracious, kind, professional and patient you both were with me to ensure that I had bought the best vehicle for myself while also staying way below my budget. These 2 gentlemen shared their expertise willingly even when questions arose in my little brain at 10pm at night. I emailed them and responses were in my email bright and early the next morning. Just purchased a pre-owned Lexus SUV from Jimmy Britt Chevrolet. The buying experience was great, especially working with Justin Smith. Once a decision to buy was made, he expedited everything quickly since we had a long drive back home. Justin is very knowledgeable and strives to take care of the customer. Very impressed with his attitude and his willingness to take care of the customer's needs. Even after the sale was complete, he spent time with us to make sure we were familiar with the vehicle's technology and made sure we could navigate it well. Justin is an outstanding salesperson! More
