Purchased a beautiful, new black 2024 GLE450 on a bright sunny day from Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta Northeast only to discover that its AMG Brakes sound like a donkey's hee-haw on rainy days, when temperatures are in the 30-40 degree range or after it is washed/detailed. Who in their right mind would expect a $100k vehicle to sound like a donkey's hee-haw???? When we took it back to the dealership with recordings of the sound, Service Shop Foreman "Ernest" told us "the brakes are performing as designed" ... in order words "pound sand", called MBUSA Customer Care and after their 2 month long investigation their response was "the brakes are performing as designed"... in other words "deal with it". I get nauseated every time I see any of those new Mercedes commercials now ..."Defining Class", I say xx! More

My name is Joy John. I have a 2006 Mercedes Benz S 430. Recently I did a oil change and brakes checked at Mercedes Benz of Atlanta NE. I was not really happy about the service at that place for this time. Service advisor recommended me to do the the front wheel brake service. I asked him about the cost and he told me $1060 for to replace the rotors and pads. Then I asked him that why it is so expensive. He answered me that because it is a "Mercedes Benz". Then I called RBM of Atlanta, Alpharetta for to check the price. They told me that they can do for the same job for $706. I talked to this price difference between the two dealers to my service advisor at Mercedes Benz of Atlanta NE ( Atlanta Classic Cars at Duluth). He told me that it is because of the two different town. I was not happy with that answer and went to see the GM of that place. He was a good guy and listened my questions and told me that he is going to check it out. Then I checked online at mbparts.mbusa.com The OEM original parts for Rotor is $105.99 (parts #220-421-09-12-64) Then pads (set of 4) is $96.99 (003-420-89-20-41) Then we add 2 rotors and pads ,it is $308.97 plus Tax plus Labor charges. Then I realized that $1060 is too much and I didn't do that service at that place. What I am trying to say guys that please don't pay too much until you get a second opinion from different places. Almost $300 price difference between these two places is too much for me. Especially at these corona pandemic time. More

I came in twice for service and no loaner car was put in the system for me. So, when I arrived to drop my car off they said that no loaner car was available. The 1st time the Service advisor Tony P. had ser the system for me. So, when I arrived to drop my car off they said that no loaner car was available. The 1st time the Service advisor Tony P. had service to call me to setup the appointment. I get there and he tells me that no loaner car is available that I will have to come back because I didn’t request one when I made the appointment. I told him that I didn’t have time to keep coming back up there and that I needed to see the service manager. He leaves and then comes back and tells me that he’s going to get the service manager to sign off on the car this time but next time when I call to place a service call that I needed to schedule a loaner car. And that’s when I reminded him that he had service to call me because he missed one of my wheels to get repair when I brought the car in to get the other ones repaired. So, then he blamed the call center for not scheduling me a car. The second time I go in for service is when I go there on June 1 after my car has been towed to the dealership on May 31 because I had one of my tires to blowout. I call and speak to a young lady in the service department. She makes me an appointment to pickup a loaner for 7:00 AM June 1. Mercedes roadside schedule me an Uber and it gets me there at 6:30 AM. I walk around looking at cars until 7 AM. I walk up to the drive and tell the valet that I have a 7 AM appointment. He tells me ok that he’ll help me within a few minutes because he has to check-in some cars. I wait about 15 mins and then I go back outside and tell the other valet that I’ve been waiting. He takes my info and then I go back inside. I look at the board and I see that they have me scheduled with an appointment with Gianni but I still don’t show as arrived. They then check someone else in for Gianni. I go to the service desk and ask the customer service rep to let Gianni know that I was there. She lets him know and he comes out and tells me that he’s going to check on my paperwork. He comes back and tells me that Angela is going to be with me shortly. By now it’s almost 8 AM. Angela comes and tells me that it’s going to be over an hour. I told her that I have a loaner car scheduled. She said that it’s not showing in my appointment. That’s when I got upset and told her that I wanted to see the service manager because I just had this happen to me when I was there the last time when Tony P. had messed up. The service director, Ewell Shuff, comes up and asks me to go to his office with him. We get in the office and I start telling him about everything. He tells me that a 3rd party must have scheduled the appointment because they were closed and they know not to schedule for the next day. Then he asks me what I expect him to do about the other people who actually have loaner cars scheduled. He then keeps asking me what do I expect him to do? I told him that he should miraculously find me a car just like they did when Toney P messed up. He said that he couldn’t do that. Then I told him that he can do whatever he wanted to do but clearly he didn’t want to help me. I told him to just fix my tire and the dealership wouldn’t ever have to worry about me again. By now it’s after 9, Angela comes to tell me that the warranty won’t cover my tire. I told here fine. I just really needed to leave as soon as possible because I was going to be late getting to my client, nba tv and we’re in the middle of playoffs. Angela offered to take me wherever I needed to go but I told her that I didn’t get off until 2 AM so that wouldn’t do me any good. She said that she would try to get me out of there as soon as possible. She got me out of there within an hour and kept checking on me while I was waiting. Ewell Shuff was not only rude to me but he acted like it was my fault. He showed no compassion. Perhaps you all should let Angela Yeo train him because evidently he didn’t grasp that in training. Angela deserves a raise. Ewell Shuff needs to go back to training. That’s why I’m going to write the GM, Dustin Fleishman, to let him know how rude and ignorant his service director, Ewell Shuff was. Can't get a reasonable appointment I scheduled service through my mercedes me app; and was informed by Atlanta Classic cars (eshuff) that they couldn't accommodate me until over a week I scheduled service through my mercedes me app; and was informed by Atlanta Classic cars (eshuff) that they couldn't accommodate me until over a week later. They had no loaner cars and it may take longer than a few hours to fix. I was actually flabbergasted that they would push out an appointment that far without even seeing the car. I described what i HEARD on the car but no specific details of what's wrong because I do not know. I am SOOOO disappointed and will not go back to this dealer again. They were really wonderful while I was buying the car but this is just totally unacceptable. More

The Most Amazing Customer Service Experience I have Ever Had I can't say enough about Bobby Waites, Ewell Shuff, and Bruce Lamb and the level of personal service they have given me during every visit to Atlanta I can't say enough about Bobby Waites, Ewell Shuff, and Bruce Lamb and the level of personal service they have given me during every visit to Atlanta Classic Cars Mercedes Benz Dealership. I have had a very interesting situation with a CPO M/B GL 450, which I purchased in California last December 2013. The vehicle had many issues, which I feel the selling dealership, Mercedes Benz of South Bay (Torrance CA) overlooked. The electrical issues that I have encountered, caused the vehicles window and sunroof to open without warning and resulted in the vehicle being flooded while on a road trip in N. Georgia. Although Atlanta Classic Cars is totally uninvolved in the sale of this ( I call it the Poltergeist) vehicle, they have gone to the farthest lengths I have ever experienced in addressing the issues, fighting with M/B USA on my behalf and even paying out of their own dealership budget for much of the more than $10,000 in repair, loaner vehicle and non-warranty related resolutions of these ongoing issues. This is a unique set of circumstances and for this totally neutral dealership to delve into and heck, just downright take charge of this 6 month odyssey and do everything in their power to make me as whole as possible......well I am thrilled, amazed and forever thankful for the support and assistance of these 3 gentlemen and the entire staff, from thje greeters to the loaner vehicle staff, to all I have encountered at this amazing dealership. I am forever a client of Atlanta Classic Cars in Duluth, GA! and just fyi....this saga continues and they remain the best advocates a customer could ask for! More
