Overall it was a decent experience. People were nice and straightforward. We appreciate the service and ability to get us back for our brake install. A couple of small/minor things that could be improved...1) You need some type of sun shade in the showroom/desk area. We were sweating and blinded by the sun coming through the wall of windows as we sat over the course of 6+ hours doing business. 2) With spending $40,000 on a new vehicle it'd be nice to have some complimentary water available. 3)My husband was texting with someone for days before we arrived for our appointment. We were under the impression that's who we were meeting. However, when we arrived the woman said we weren't talking to her and didn't know we were coming and was unaware of several things we had discussed over the course of those days. Not a huge deal but a little frustrating. More

They were wonderful they went out and beyond to help me get into a vehicle. Everyone in there was so nice. I am going to recommend anyone who needs a car to go there. If I could rate Key Ford I would rate them 100. 100 for customer service and 100 for everything they did to help me. I also want to give a GREAT BIG SHOUT OUT TO Noah Hutchinson for everything to showing me different cars and trucks to test driving and all the work he did to help me to get into my car.
