We actually went to visit different brands like JEEP and others, but we "fell in love" with the Q5 at the onset, and there was no way we could back out. I have been leasing cars from Audi Silver Spring for 9 years and have only good things to say about this dealership. But instead of taking advantage of my situation, the entire sales staff took excellent care of me; especially my sales person Atanas Ivanov who went above and beyond to get me the best terms possible and to put me in a car that would meet my wants and needs. He was friendly and respectful, knowledgeable, experienced, listened well, and used every available tool to bring the price down on my new car. Tom Schweiss in sales management, and Tim Nguyen in finance were also terrific. I also want to give a shout out to Evan Singham, who runs the service department.
