At one time or another during this visit, I was helped by all the listed service department members, which is why all four were checked. All were eager to assist, were knowledgeable, very courteous and help all the listed service department members, which is why all four were checked. On 8/14/24 my Mercedes Sprinter van, in which I'm currently living and traveling, gave me a 'check engine' light and soon thereafter a 'you have 10 engine starts remaining' message, which suggested a currently living and traveling, gave me a 'check engine' light and soon thereafter a 'you have 10 engine starts remaining' message, which suggested an issue with the diesel emissions system. I was advised to see Evan Carroll at Mercedez-Benz of Salem. Evan was courteous and clear in his communication, and fit my van in that same afternoon. We found ourselves disabled on the roadside five hours from home. Got excellent help from Mike Schmidt and Evan Carroll at the dealership who referred us to Mercedes Roadside Assistance who also gave us e from home.
