At one time or another during this visit, I was helped by all the listed service department members, which is why all four were checked. All were eager to assist, were knowledgeable, very courteous and help all the listed service department members, which is why all four were checked. All were eager to assist, were knowledgeable, very courteous and helped me in one way or another. My car engine was rough running while idling which shook the car and was very annoying. I was told that the engine mounts needed to be replaced. This was done and the car now feels brand new. All the shaking is gone and the engine is smooth running. Thanks guys. More

On 8/14/24 my Mercedes Sprinter van, in which I'm currently living and traveling, gave me a 'check engine' light and soon thereafter a 'you have 10 engine starts remaining' message, which suggested a currently living and traveling, gave me a 'check engine' light and soon thereafter a 'you have 10 engine starts remaining' message, which suggested an issue with the diesel emissions system. I was advised to see Evan Carroll at Mercedez-Benz of Salem. Evan was courteous and clear in his communication, and fit my van in that same afternoon. The issue was easily resolved, I paid a reasonable bill, and I was on my way. Excellent service. More

We found ourselves disabled on the roadside five hours from home. Got excellent help from Mike Schmidt and Evan Carroll at the dealership who referred us to Mercedes Roadside Assistance who also gave us e from home. Got excellent help from Mike Schmidt and Evan Carroll at the dealership who referred us to Mercedes Roadside Assistance who also gave us excellent assistance. And even though we waited 3.5 hours for the tow truck, the care we got with after hours drop off and expedited service to get us back on the road was very much appreciated. Especially considering the truly sketchy cell service, dropped call after dropped call, on our end. More
