I brought my 2007 Tacoma in for an oil change, and to see what was wrong with my tire sensors. The time I got there was 13.22, and the finished time was 16.58. Totaling 3.36 hours. They tried to bully me into doing the 5 tire sensors at 1129.90. I went to .Les Schwab for a nail in tire. They also told me about the tire sensors, and if I wanted it fixed. I got a quote for 304.91 for everything. I won't be back to Wilsonville Toyota ever again. They wasted my time. When it was time to pickup my pickup, they said "YOU KNOW WHERE ITS AT". No vacuuming, no car wash, no apologies. More

Without seeing the vehicle beforehand, the car buying experience was good and quick. Quick and easy part I enjoyed. However, I'd recommend seeing the vehicle and test driving it and looking into what's experience was good and quick. Quick and easy part I enjoyed. However, I'd recommend seeing the vehicle and test driving it and looking into what's under the hood and the cosmetic damage done to the vehicle. The vehicle I got had some problems which the dealership is fixing the car due to it just being purchased in a short period of time. But the cosmetic damage to the flooring and outside of the car matters too. That I'm unsure if they'll fix but I made it apparent that it bugs me and the person I communicated it to after I saw everything in the day time kind of brushed it off as if it wasn't a big deal. Now of all of those were present in the photos that was online I probably would have chosen a different vehicle. The appearance of the vehicle matters and after making a huge purchase like that I don't think that I should have to come out of pocket for those expenses. I still stand by that. However, again, my sales person was quick easy and pleasant! More

I value my partnership with wilsonville Toyota. I have never felt pushed or maneuvered. I would recommend wilsonville to anyone without hesitation. In fact I have in the past recommended them. Top level service and products I’m a fan of Wilsonville Toyota now since 2012. Although i live in Washington i am good with driving the +/-45 minutes every 6/8 months to this dealer I’m a fan of Wilsonville Toyota now since 2012. Although i live in Washington i am good with driving the +/-45 minutes every 6/8 months to this dealer services location- just to get my oil changed and the vehicle inspection service. I LOVE hanging out with my dog - the lounge is decent and comfortable but I really come for the professional direct courteous service. They are straight shooters. Love to see you driving their vehicles a long time and don’t high pressure you into anything! Best No BS kind of place that I highly recommend to anyone. More
