If I could rate this 0 stars because I was ripped off, I was there a whole day almost when I had only gone for an oil change. I was asked if I wanted a tire rotation I agreed, and When they were putting my was there a whole day almost when I had only gone for an oil change. I was asked if I wanted a tire rotation I agreed, and When they were putting my tires back on they over tightened a stud and then the whole part had to be replaced, & I ended up paying 500$ on what was suppose to be max 100$ for I am very upset. More

Very timely and quick with my oil change. Eugene in service was very friendly and attentive. I believe that a thorough job was done. However I mentioned my dually tire on the inside drivers r Eugene in service was very friendly and attentive. I believe that a thorough job was done. However I mentioned my dually tire on the inside drivers rear was low. After the inspection was complete, my tire system still states that the same tire is at least 20 lbs low compared to the rest. I can air up my own tire but the inspection report stated that the tires were checked. Overall it was a good experience. More

Had a coolant flush dine on our vehicle, unfortunately it was not completed correctly. Advised to bring the vehicle back to have the coolant adjusted. O'meara was great.
