Thank you so much for your review . Yes many customer chose to come in and try to negotiate we offer a no haggle one price operation . We do not negotiate or Internet price. There is no “ tactic “ we are the only dealer who CLEAR in LARGE print show exactly what the price is. We have ZERO hidden fees whatsoever. Yea we do have 30-40 1 star reviews above over 16k customer. We try our best to be as up front as possible. The fact the managers even took the package off is against our policy. I will speak to them. Abosoutley non of our cars are priced anywhere near market always below way below so I’m not sure 4-5k over market means they aren’t. We have the latest software where AI prices our cars automatically to be the top 3 lowest in a 500 mile radius . We are the largest pre owned Mazda dealer in the country we didn’t get there because of high prices we got there because of extremely low volume pricing and excellent customer service . Thank you for your review we apologize we don’t negotiate.

We would also like to thank you for correctly saying our pricing at AT or below market not 4-5k over like you mentioned in your first review. We welcome all photos and reviews ! Staff went against policy and offered you a discount . Thank you for pointing that out as well certification IN LARGE print says starting at 793. Certification pricing varies each model car and mileage. Thank for you email to Mazda as well . We welcome all feedback and look to get better each day ! Thank you for making us the largest pre owned Mazda dealer in the country 19,20,21,22,23,24 and so far this year 2025! As well .

Notice how they failed to address the constant calls, harrassment, and lying about them being willing to negotiate the price to get me into the dealership. Not to mention the CLEAR in LARGE print not including the 1350 certified used warranty. They "do not negotiate" except I have several text messages indicated that they were willing to go down $500 from their price before taxes and fees. Also, CPO value of a 2021 mazda 3 with 84000 miles is between 16-18k. Their internet price is $14107 + $2899 mazda protection package which comes out to $17009 which is not "way below" market value it is smack in the middle. Thats before $1024 in taxes and $1793 in fees which would come out to 19822. Best part is the price they offered me 2 weeks ago with the 1350 certified used warrenty that WAS NOT IN THEIR ONLINE LISTING made the total come out to just under 22000 which is $4000 above their listing price that supposedly includes all fees. They then today offered 17000 (which is a 6 dollar difference what a deal) and offered to get it "on paper at 16500++ before taxes and $1793 in fees " which definitely sounds like negotiation to me. Everything they do in regards to pricing is shady and the nerve they have to lie so publicly shows how little they care. I will transcribe every single text i have between them and post screenshots on their social media if they want to keep lying.

I would like to thank the con-man representing Mazda of Palm Beach for admitting to lying in their initial response about "not pricing anywhere near market value" and being "way way below market value" and the CLEAR in LARGE print. I did go over the page once again just now and saw in FINE and SMALL print at the bottom of the page of the starting certified warranty of 1295, not starting at 793 as they said in their last reply. More lies. Taking taxes out of the pricing puts it at 21,000 which is 3k above the high end of cpo value and 4k above their listing price of 17006 before fees and SEPERATE and at the BOTTOM of the page warranty information. Also, to admit that staff went against policy is a pathetic attempt to save face. Having so little control over your staff to the point where they supposedly go against policy and lie about negotiation and pricing to get you in the door is a testament to how poorly managed this buisness is.

Update: I forgot to mention that when I went to test drive the vehicle, their "certified pre-owned" car had missing buttons on the driver side seat controls, the driver and passenger seat had their fabric lifting in the back, and the car was absolutely filthy when I came in to test drive it. The "160 point detailed inspection" they advertise on their site very clearly states "INTERIOR - Check that seats and headrests work properly in all positions (1 of 6 checkpoints)". Surely if they checked to see if the seats worked properly they would've noticed the missing controls for moving the seat back and forth. If something that simple is missed then it is a clear indication that their inspection is all fluff and they don't actually care enough to check for even more glaring issues. Wouldn't be surprised if there was even more damage than they indicated, given that the auto check history report stated that it was a repo vehicle bought at auction.
