I loved this dealership at first but that’s changed drastically. They are all hype as it relates to service. This has truly been the least stressful, most honest feeling deal i have made. On 02/12/25, I went to Mazda of Palm Beach to test drive a 2021 Mazda 3. Prior to arriving at the dealership, I spoke with the dealer and we agreed upon 16500 OTD with the removal of their "Platinum Protect a 2021 Mazda 3. Prior to arriving at the dealership, I spoke with the dealer and we agreed upon 16500 OTD with the removal of their "Platinum Protection Package" of $2998.99. They informed me that the protection package was not something they were willing to lose a sale over. After test driving and discussing financing, they came back with a contract for $22,000 by adding in a $1350 "Certified Used Warranty" that wasn't disclosed before and keeping the full price of the "Platinum Protection Package" that we agreed I did not want. I told them this wasn't what we agreed to and they "cut me a deal" by removing the $1350 certified used warranty that wasn't on the listing price to begin with. I attempted to walk out before the manager stopped me and explained to me they couldn't give me what I was asking for to which I promptly walked out the door. Earlier today, I received a call from the dealership offering the same 17000, making sure to sneakily word things to avoid saying that this is before taxes and fees. I asked them not to waste my time if they're not going to meet me at my price and hung up. After about an hour of them harassing me by calling me each time I hung up in response to them listing a price WELL ABOVE what we agreed on 2 weeks ago I told them my conditions and asked them to stop bothering me and wasting my time if they would not meet me there, they once again ask me if i'd be willing to do "16500 + +, which means they ignored my statement on 16500 INCLUDING taxes and fees. The practices of Mazda of Palm Beach are unethical, predatory, and sneaky practices would very easily catch someone less experienced and leave them in a poor financial position. Not only that, the harassment and refusal to budge on their predatory prices indicate that unless they can rip off the customer, they do not want to sell cars. Many of their google reviews share my sentiments, and go into detail on how they attempt to squeeze every cent out of you and avoid opening their wallets to cover their mistakes or lies. Even after still giving them an offer, the dealer responded with "lol" which truly shows the lack of respect they have for their customers, especially after harassing them and doing everything to make me feel like I'm being unreasonable for not wanting to pay 3-5k over market value. More
