I had a great experience with Kia of Mentor. I met Mike A. and “G”, they were very professional, efficient and patient with me answering all my questions. Mike worked with me getting my paymen I met Mike A. and “G”, they were very professional, efficient and patient with me answering all my questions. Mike worked with me getting my payment to where I was comfortable with no pressure. I ended up leasing the 2023 Kia Sportage, and I absolutely love it. I appreciated G texting me the next day asking if I had any questions/concerns, and that I can call him for assistance. Such a breath of fresh air compared to some other dealerships I’ve been to in the past. I’ll definitely be referring family & friends to go see G, Mike and the Kia of Mentor team!
