I can only praise the people at rusnak Westlake Audi. Julian, my sales rep, was the opposite of your stereotypical auto sales person. He was patient, informative and professional. Condescending, horrible communication, the staff doesn’t talk to each other and blames you. Called me to tell me they lowered the price of a car and to come in, then were shocked we were on our way. Really talk to each other and blames you. Called me to tell me they lowered the price of a car and to come in, then were shocked we were on our way. Really seems like they HATE selling cars. Rude and unprofessional, Nympha will cut you off and blame you and her staff for all of her mistakes. They keep texting me to leave a review so, that’s that. Geno and Cesar were polite enough but if you have to chance to go somewhere else do it. More
