I made a service appointment to have the Pinon gasket replaced and after checking in and paying for the inspection I was told they did not have the part in stock. They said they had to inspect it before replaced and after checking in and paying for the inspection I was told they did not have the part in stock. You should have at least told me when I made the appointment this policy so I could have provided proof of the need for replacement or made other arrangements. More
