I bought a 2023 Chevy Colorado from reliable Chevrolet in Albuquerque New Mexico. I went into my garage got into my truck and again it was dead I called my principal and told her that my truck was not starting and she said don't you have a new truck and I said yes and she said well this is no bueno you have to come to work so I had to call my mom to come get me and then we called the tow truck to tow it to a reliable Chevrolet in Albuquerque and again I told the general manager of what nightmare I was going through with the truck and still he has not helped me out he's just oh well we'll put another battery in there and now we are having issues with the truck darkening in the dashboard the wiring is off and it is just been very bad this truck is a lemon and I am just hoping that someone can help me so I can go ahead and exchange the lemon that reliable Chevrolet sold me. I took it in yesterday they said that it's a module that they will replace it next week that they don't have the part now they've had to replace another module before I think enough is enough. More

This is the Worst dealership I have ever dealt with in my 66 years. I took in my 2023 Chevy Silverado LT 1500 4x4 5.3L for a reapply the zektech sealer and my truck went in clean and just washed. When I received a call to pick it up the condition I received it was Terrible. Spots all over the whole truck. Looked like water spots but it was everywhere on the truck. They wanted me to take it back so they can redo it but I decided not to take it back. I don’t trust them with it. I will never spend one more dime at this dealership. Very upset and very unprofessional on how they handled it. There excuse was that they don’t have a good detail shop. That’s what they told me and said they couldn’t do anything about it. We haven’t purchased a vehicle in a long time and decided to buy online and turned out to be better than we could of imagined!
