Never got to make a deal because the transparency was
just not there. Initial quotes received were LOADED with Extra's that I didn't need or want. They refused to remove them, but was going to discount

Gee thanks, were were going to profit from these add-ons no matter what is the real meaning here. Promises made of getting back to me with the best price because "we want to EARN your business" were broken. Sales Manager was either too busy to assist or didnt care enough to get involved, although the automated emails always come through saying how much they want to earn your business. Buyer Beware!! You shouldnt have to pay for something you don't need/want even if made to beLIEve that they will discount it, no worries.. Glad I didn't succumb to the xx while they hide behind new, young, impressionable sales recruits to spew their cons for them. Pathetic.
