I wanted to take a moment to rate Estevan Rosas, I didn't rate him when I originally purchased my vehicle from him during the height of the pandemic in 2020. Estevan was working at the Toyota dealership on the east side and helped us purchase a new 2020 Camry Hybrid. I am happy to see he is still in the business and I will reach out to him again shortly, as our 2020 Camry hit 100K miles in the 4 years since we bought it. Everything is perfect, 0 issues, just routine maintenance at the dealership and a set of tires, it's still mint and ready for trade in at the right price. Tucson Subaru also plays a part in this review as they had a low mileage used Avalon Hybrid that we were really interested in. We spoke to Baron Clement when he returned our internet sales request for info when the dealership opened in the morning and was also very pleasant. He called us back when someone beat us to the purchase by lunch on the fantastic deal before we could make it down that afternoon. I hadn't considered a Subaru at the time, or ever honestly, but the still genuinely pleasant experience in the face of that setback did put the dealership and Subaru's on my radar going forward. So we went back on the search for a high MPG vehicle and found Estevan and the new Toyota. Estevan went above and beyond for us and made the whole purchase pleasant and pressure free as I was ready to buy with financing already prepared, but open to better offers. He was just amicable and helpful with plenty of knowledge on the car and its features he was selling. Now four years later I'm sure he is doing the same at Tucson Subaru and I look forward to working with him again in the near future. More

Disappointed in my recently purchased Honda, I tried Tucson Subaru for 1) their customer service and 2) a car that would not just make me happy but delight me. Tucson Subaru excelled in both customer service and car. I ended up buying a Crosstrek and it has all the extra features I wanted and I'm discovering more as I drive it. Smooth ride, nice acceleration, comfortable, safe, quiet, and with great entertainment features I did not find in the Honda HRV Sport. And my salesman listened to my blatherings and solved every issue, concern and want. Well, he's not painting my house but I can't fault him for that. I also met the team supporting me and my new car and it was nice to know I had more resources than just one person for help and for information. Something very much missing in my previous purchase. And, as I look out at my new car, I am well pleased. More
