The salesmen were great. The finance guy is where I had a problem. As soon as I declined the extended warranty, he became rude. When it came time to give the down payment, I had issues with the debt card because I hit a limit. While I was fixing that he became frustrated that I wouldn’t use my credit card and walked away. Leaving me to finish the transaction on the card reader. More

My day started on Thursday 2/29/24 at 11am after shopping at both Gullo Toyota and Fred Hass Toyota I felt completely drained, and was about to give up, but decided to give it one more shot at Mac Halk Toyot at both Gullo Toyota and Fred Hass Toyota I felt completely drained, and was about to give up, but decided to give it one more shot at Mac Halk Toyota. I was truly blessed to have salesman Esteban Anbriz and sales manager Lawrence Asmus Assist on the Tundra limited TRD I had been trying to negotiate, but was unsuccessful for most of the day.
