I was searching all over the U. S. for a new Boxster GTS 4.0 allocation and was connected with Esam, 2,400 miles away! I wish I knew him for my first 6 Porsche’s! He was incredible from the very first conversation. Every step was a pleasure and he was very responsive to my every text or call and there were many! Not only would I highly recommend him to anyone, I already did and can tell you that he was also very satisfied and bought a car from Esam. Esam will treat you like an old friend from the start and keep you informed every step of the way - even after hours! I’m on my 6th Porsche transaction with Quasim Shirazi (aka Q) the consumate car guy and could not be more pleased. Car buying is all about the relationship first and foremost. The sales team have always been courteous and exacting on every detail, even when my flights were delayed to facilitate a delivery on a Saturday after hours. My sales person Esam Ratrout was equally as impressive by waiting patiently for me at the airport and answering all questions (I had a lot of them) after hours as well as completing a full review of all systems. I’m pleased to share with anyone that Porsche North Olmstead and the Quasim (Q) Shirazi team are worth the trip to experience what car buying is all about. I worked with Esam, Q, and Tom on the purchase of a new vehicle. I flew in from out of town (yes - they are worth it!) and Esam picked me up from the airport.
