Freddie at Cutter was fantastic. I previously had some not-so-great experiences at other Ford dealers on-island, so I drove out of my way to give Cutter a shot. Had a great experience at Cutter getting our 2014 Fusion serviced. Setup the appointment online and got the call confirmation a few days later. Reggie Padilla was our salesperson. He was courteous and knowledgeable and took very good care of us. He was patient when working out the financing with us and his bosses and we didn't feel pressured at al knowledgeable and took very good care of us.
