Looked online for a RAV 4 XLE Premium and found one I would have bought. Checked the availability and was told the car was in stock at approximately 10:00 am. Made an appointment to go to the dealer would have bought. Checked the availability and was told the car was in stock at approximately 10:00 am. Made an appointment to go to the dealer that evening. When I arrived I was greeted and gave my name. The salesperson printed out my inquiry and took me to his desk. When he was looking it up on the computer he asked me if it was the red one, I said no, the blue. I could tell something was up. I told the salesperson I was going to be very upset if the car wasn't there. He left to go talk to his manager I believe and came back and said unfortunately the car wasn't there. I immediately stood up and told them I was leaving since they've wasted my time. I had checked if the car was available, I left work early, only to be told they had moved the car to a different dealer. To me it was a bait and switch. The price was great on the car I had selected, and of course it's not there and they want to sell me something else. Not having it. This is the 2nd dealership that has done this to me in 4 days. Not an honest shop in my opinion. I'll go elsewhere. More

I wish I had the names of the two women sitting at the desk as you walk into Woburn Toyota - they, too, were as awesome as the rest of the Team I worked with during my time at Woburn Toyota. Malcolm was very well versed in the Toyota Corolla and was able to provide me with the car which would give me the most for the price I wanted to pay. He did this with a great attitude and seemed to enjoy his job. After we settled on the car I wanted to lease, I was introduced to Ernest who was the 'finance guy'. He offered me many options while preparing my paperwork and was extremely professional. I was able to look at all of the RAV4 vehicles on the third floor of the new dealership building while I was waiting. Chris was helpful and fair in the negotiation.
