They did a tire rotation, which is a service that I get for purchasing my tires with them. My service associate was friendly and efficient. She even got my car washed. Her knowledge, courtesy, care, super pleasant manner, ease of communication, responsiveness was SUPREME!! She should be commended and recognized for her ability to keep a customer satisfied and to go the extra mile. My car was even waiting for me inside as close as possible I am sure this was due to the fact that I now walk using a cane. I sincerely hope she is recognized for the wonderful work she does. More
