I strongly advise anyone considering McDonald Toyota in Greeley to look elsewhere. The customer service has been consistently unacceptable. When issues arise, there is no support. Calls go unanswered, mess Greeley to look elsewhere. The customer service has been consistently unacceptable. When issues arise, there is no support. Calls go unanswered, messages are not returned, and any form of follow up is nonexistent. The lack of communication alone makes the entire process far more stressful than it should ever be. Their titling process has been the worst I have experienced with any dealership. When you call to ask about the status of your titling documents, the only response you receive from their onsite finance department is that nothing is wrong with the documents and that they can send you another temporary plate because their off site titling department is behind. While most dealerships in Colorado complete titling in under 60 days, McDonald Toyota appears to be on a 90 to 120 day timeline. That is completely unacceptable, especially for customers from out of state who expect to register their vehicles in a timely manner. The situation is even more frustrating because they insist the documents are fine, yet offer no meaningful explanation, accountability, or solution beyond more waiting. My interactions with their sales staff only added to the frustration. Erin was consistently immature, rarely followed through on the things she said she would do, and left us with more questions than answers. Even worse, Brad and Scott repeatedly excused her behavior instead of addressing it or stepping in to provide real assistance. The lack of professionalism across their team is noticeable and deeply disappointing. The finance department provided even less support, contributing to what has been one of the most frustrating dealership experiences my partner and I have ever had. I genuinely regret encouraging him to purchase his 4Runner here. We could have gone anywhere else and avoided all of these unnecessary issues. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend McDonald Toyota in Greeley under any circumstances. More

Great experience purchasing our new Toyota. The financing portion was easy and I felt good about all the details. Erin was great to work with, and so was Luis, and Chad has been great too! Terrible communication! They failed to let me know that one of the items I was bringing my car in for was on back order. Then proceeded not to mention it at drop off. At pic They failed to let me know that one of the items I was bringing my car in for was on back order. Then proceeded not to mention it at drop off. At pick up they remembered that only half the work was able to be done. Then waiting for the item was confusing- because Toyota reported the item was never not available. When getting the district manager involved (because no one lower would help) they all the sudden had the part. They schedule to pick my car up as a way to make amends for not telling me the first time. On scheduled day they never showed up. They forgot to call me and tell me they had a scheduling conflict and rescheduled me for the next day. The next day they picked up my car at 8am and finally at 4:30p, I reached out asking for an update. No one would answer me. A service advisor text me and said please text with questions but never responded. Called - sent to voice mail. Emailed- they guys was out for the day. Finally, the wonderful front desk woman helped me. She walked to the back and found someone to talk to me. They had yet to start on my car but would figure out how to finish it and return it. At 7pm my car was done. No one called me to tell me how the work went, give instructions on what I need to do or anything at all. The bad communication started from the top and never ended. The only people who were great to work with were the driver and the front desk. We will never do any kind of business with McDonald Toyota again. More

We’ve always been pleased with McDonald Toyota. My service tech was kind and friendly. I just wish things moved a bit faster, nearly 2hrs for a tire rotation. My service tech was kind and friendly. I just wish things moved a bit faster, nearly 2hrs for a tire rotation. More

Calling in to McDonald Toyota for the first time and being connected with Erin was probably one of the best things that could have happened to me during the car buying process. Her communication with me being connected with Erin was probably one of the best things that could have happened to me during the car buying process. Her communication with me was excellent, responding to emails and messages in a timely manner. She accommodated my requests whenever she could and made the buying process as smooth as possible. I'd recommend Erin and McDonald Toyota to other potential customers. Great experience overall! More
