Attempted to purchase a car through Erin. Although initially nice, when attempting to discuss removal of Jenkins package and nitrogen filled tires, she became extremely hostile and abusive. I believe a few minutes should be spent at the end, before taking possession of the car, particularly if there is financing involved. I am not very clear as to what I ended up paying for the car once I before taking possession of the car, particularly if there is financing involved. I am not very clear as to what I ended up paying for the car once I pay the balance in 30 days. This reflects in my rating of the salesman and the sales manager, although, Jeremy did offer to meet with me at anytime to explain in person. This could have been avoided if the explanation would have been done at the time of purchase. With the trade, I was told something from Erin that was not entirely true. More

The dealership was very neat and organized. I had been talking to Ashley via text who had been trying to help me find the car I was looking for. I didn't think she could but at the last minute I had been talking to Ashley via text who had been trying to help me find the car I was looking for. I didn't think she could but at the last minute she found one I said I would look at. I made an appointment with her. Imagine my surprise when I asked for Ashley and this 6' guy comes walking up. Of course I joked that Ashley looked like nothing I expected but let me tell you Tim turned out to be the kindest, nicest and best salesman I have ever met in my lifetime! I would recommend him to anyone. More

Updated Review: Outstanding customer service from Adam and Jenkins Hyundai! We had our vehicle delivered and we were missing the floor mats. After leaving a not so great review, Adam reached out to us, an and Jenkins Hyundai! We had our vehicle delivered and we were missing the floor mats. After leaving a not so great review, Adam reached out to us, and assured us that he was working on a solution. Within a week we had a brand new set of first, second, and third row floor mats at our front door. Then we had to replace the battery within the first month of owning our certified pre owned Palisade. We gave Adam a call and Jenkins Hyundai also took care of the price of the Battery and Labor. 5 star service and 5 star communication! More
