I worked with Erika Delgado and she was extraordinary. I had SiriusXM on the Honda that i traded in and I was disappointed that Honda no longer supports SiriusXM. I have a special needs son named Daniel t I had SiriusXM on the Honda that i traded in and I was disappointed that Honda no longer supports SiriusXM. I have a special needs son named Daniel that loves music. Daniel enjoys the Beatles channel, the Elvis channel, and the prime country channel on SiriusXM. I told Ericka how disappointed Daniel will be to not have SiriusXM available in the new car. Erika said that I could get the SiriusXM music using my IPHONE. I am 82 years old and did not know how to set up my IPHONE to get the SiriusXM music. Erika took the time to set up my IPHONE so I could get the SiriusXM music streamed on my cell phone. Danny also likes other music. I download Daniel’s favorite music onto a CD and use a portable CD player in the car. But the music volume is very poor. I asked a Geek Squad member if he had any ideas on how i could tie a CD player to my car radio system. He went on the internet and found out that there are companies that make CD players specifically for each make and model of cars. He found one made for Honda CRVs. I ordered it and received it on Thursday 8/14/25. When I opened the box I was so depressed because it had many set-up options and to me seemed extremely complicated. The next day I came to Piazza Honda and asked Erick to check it out. Amazingly in about 10 minutes she had it tied into my car radio system. I was absolutely so happy for my special needs son. The next day I took my son out for a ride and he was extremely happy. At this time in Daniels life music is Daniels primary joy in life. You can’t imagine how happy it makes me see how happy this makes Daniel. Every time I came to Piazza Honda and asked Ericka for help so always graciously helped me. Ericka is an absolute angel. I was so happy for Daniel I gave Ericka two hugs. When someone does something nice for me I will remember it for a long time but if someone does something nice for my special needs son I will remember it forever. Please express my sincere appreciation to Erika on behalf of myself and especially on behalf of my special needs son who enjoys music so very much. Erika’s tremendous help was in sharp contrast to the poor service I received from the sales person who sold me my previous Honda CRV in 2019. The Piazza Honda organization should be extremely proud of Erika. Her dedication to graciously helping customers is the best form of advertisement. Sincerely John Bastek More

I’ve purchased the vehicle through this dealership and got the Zurich Protection Package which was told included the cleaning of cabin if spilled anything on seats and left a stain. I called and made an appointment for an interior detail. Dropped car off at 8:00 a.m. and they called around 3:30 p.m. saying it was ready. Picked it up the next day to find the same stains on the passenger seats and back seats. Also somehow created bubbles in my tint on the rear passenger side. Highly dissatisfied with the detail especially since I paid $250 and was expecting it good as new. Would not recommend detailing here to anyone. More
