Benjamin Brown and Brooke Slade, in particular, are to be commended for their hard work in expediting, simplifying, and stress-reducing the process. Joshua Bleckler and Francisco Jimenez are also credited for their assistance. Cheryl, Title Clerk, was immensely helpful in my extremely time-sensitive need of lost plate replacement! Excellent Service Department The battery on my new car died in the hot Phoenix summer. Unfortunately this happened on the weekend and there were no service departments open. I had to buy a new battery at an auto parts store. The next I talked to Eric and he was able to submit my receipt for warranty coverage. This is just outstanding service!! More

Before the service advisors even came in at 7 am Robert Pagan was there giving me great customer service and attention., coming back to check on me from time to time making sure everything was ok. And Robert Montano is knowledgable and courteous also. Makes me certain that whatever this issue is with our car I will be taken care of with n worries. More
