I spotted my '23 Countryman at Mini of Fairfield through an online app, and sales person Erik Graham advised I hold it with a deposit because I was driving over 3 hours to see the vehicle. I drove down the next day and knew that was the one. Joe, the manager, was extremely fair on my trade in value for my current Countryman. I wanted to drive the Mini home the same day. Erik made that happen by working with my bank and insurance company on a hot Friday afternoon in August. I completely hit the jackpot finding this super clean and gorgeous vehicle, having Erik complete the deal and handle my trade. They really made it easy for me and I would absolutely recommend purchasing with Erik. It was so worth all the driving to get there, and my drive home was SPECTACULAR. More
