My wife and I wanted a new car and liked the Infiniti QX 60 and after shoppimg around we decided to choose Mission Viejo because we are very tied to the community and like to keep our business local. We had a lot of options and even though Mission Viejo was not the lowest price we still gave them our business. We have unfortunately had nothing but trouble after the purchase, including damage to the vehicle that wasn’t pointed out, improper credit, pulling regarding financing, multiple xxxxx dropped from team members and complete lack of customer service and rudeness from a particular manager, Erik. We tried to work with the financing department at the dealership as well as made many calls asking to soeak to the manager to clear this up,. We we’re told improper information that we had to take care of the credit pulls ourselves by calling Experien. We did take their direction and call Experien, and we were told by the head supervisor at Experien that the only way we can clear this up is by dealing with the dealership and the financing department at Nissan motors. I did again call the dealership spoke again to Erik and he again said” I already told you that you need to handle that yourself” He wouldn’t even let me speak. I feel very demoralized and not valued as a customer. We are hoping to get this resolved immediately because we have worked hard to keep our credit score up and in a flash from improper handling of our information had this impacted by 26! Points overnight. I’ve asked to speak to the head manager multiple times and he has never even bothered to give me a call back. If this is how a dealership treats you as a vallued customer when you’re paying this much money for a car, please consider buying elsewhere.and avoid the unnecessary stress and aggravation. . More

*UPDATE AS OF 10/8/24*. .I really wanted to have a good experience, and I have done nothing but communicate issues as they have came up with the hope that things would get ha .I really wanted to have a good experience, and I have done nothing but communicate issues as they have came up with the hope that things would get handles accordingly. I have had nothing but issues from day 1 with this car and now it's something else. Within the 1st month my car was being serviced and I had to have the whole front axel replaced, my windshield had a crack in the center and my drivers side mirror had a chunk missing that needed to be replaced. Now, I tried to go get an oil change to find out I could not due to the cable to open the hood was not connected to the lever, well come to find out it's broke in half ! How does that go unnoticed? On top of it i have voiced a concern for my brakes squeeling everytime I have been in and I'm told they are fine however they do not sound fine. There is no accountability here, I have been told numerous times " Well it is a used car" um that is not an acceptable mindset, that may be so however it is the responsibility of the dealerahip to do a thorough analysis of a car prior to being sold to make sure it is safe to drive. More importantly it is within good business practice and human integrity to hear your customer and do whatever can be done to make sure they feel safe everytime they are on the road. I have experienced nothing but rude remarks and comments, hostility, anger, lack of accountability, and a dismissive nature gaslighted my safety and concerns. I am now here, sick being denied a loaner car until they can figure out the next step. My car also has a safety recall on the passenger side airbag. At this point I want out of my car and into something else. I will update as progression happens. More

Mission Viejo Infinity signed an agreement with Enterprise to pay for loaners for its customers when repairs were needed. It is NOT true. Don't fall for the TRAP! Nothing is free. YOU, the customer Enterprise to pay for loaners for its customers when repairs were needed. It is NOT true. Don't fall for the TRAP! Nothing is free. YOU, the customer, will pay for the car, BUT not when you return it, 3 months after when you are not aware, they are going to charge your VISA. Review your VISA bills closely. You think that MV Infinity will pay for the loaner because the Service Advisors stated it. BUT, it's not true. You will get a new bill with a new state stating that you need to pay for the car. We have called MV Infinity and NO answer. We called Enterprise but the Manager does not take calls from angry MV Infinity customers. Enterprise will send their falsified bill to collections. If this happens to you, call Infinity Headquarters to complain and ask them to pay. Call the Enterprise Headquarters to file a complaint about the Laguna Niguel Branch. It's a SCAM! Don't rent from Laguna Niguel Enterprise and don't even go near MV Infinity since they are going out of business. The manager of Laguna Niguel Enterprise is a SCAMMER. More

This was not my usual experience. In the past when I was told the car would be ready, it was ready; this time it was supposed to be ready on a Tuesday, but each day it was extended to In the past when I was told the car would be ready, it was ready; this time it was supposed to be ready on a Tuesday, but each day it was extended to another day and finally, it was ready on Thursday or maybe Friday. Everything seemed to be working correctly, but several days later I found that I was unable to lock the rear door on the passenger side thus allowing the possibility for anyone to get in the car unwanted. I have not yet notified my service consultant about this but I will do it today. In addition, several months ago the computer system in the car died and I had to have it replaced. Part of the problem was my GPS died. It was replaced with a very outdated version from 2009. This is very troublesome for me since many of the roads built since then do not appear in the GPS database so some addresses are either not available or incorrect. It appears that there is no current update available. My last update was either 2015 or 2016 but the service department does not have a copy and I have been unable to obtain a copy online or from the current owner of the software. This is of critical importance to me, so I would appreciate it if the most recent GPS software update be installed to bring my system up-to-date or be compensated for a full current replacement GPS system.
