I actually started out working at Campbell Ford in the detail department, worked here for 6 years while going back and forth to IUSB. Graduated from IUSB with a Bachelor's degree in Finance. I left as manager of the detail department at Campbell's for a job at a manufacturing company in Elkhart as a financial analyst. Ended up working there for a couple years before getting laid off. What brought me back to Campbell's was the people and superior work environment. I enjoy working with all of my customers and thrive on getting them the best deal I can... We had a great experience overall. There was a pricing error on a vehicle but it was handled well by the dealership. One suggestion for them is simple if they are interested. There are cups of company key rings at the front desk. However, when you are given the vehicle keys upon purchase you have a paper ring. Campbell should put their advertising key rings on all keys when the sale is made. I had to go home and find some in our house when I could have had the dealership key ring. More

I would say the car washes are not what I was told they would be when purchasing my vehicle. Also, the tech/service center lost the locking hub key for the tires and I still don't have one.
