I bought a 2024 Honda Civic Sport from this dealership back on June 27th. Not only have I just now received my plates in October! BUT!!! they and their (third party) screwed up the lien holder, AND the pl back on June 27th. Not only have I just now received my plates in October! BUT!!! they and their (third party) screwed up the lien holder, AND the plates got sent to the WRONG HOUSE! It’s been a constant headache for 2 months calling them well over 50 times because of them dodging my calls because the sales reps were “busy” I was told I’d get a call back about 20 times and have never received ONE! It always ends up being me having to call back over and over. One person I talked to in sales who confirmed I’d be getting my 3rd set of temporary plates NEVER SENT IT! Luckily a very nice employee who works in Titles is the ONLY ONE who has treated me well. Buying from this dealership has been a nightmare and I’m kind of blown away by how much they screw things up. They basically got my money and left me out to dry. Thanks much Largo Honda. More
