This dealership should be avoided at all costs. I worked with "David" who had total incompetence towards his job and procedures in place. He first delayed the closing of the transaction a few days I worked with "David" who had total incompetence towards his job and procedures in place. He first delayed the closing of the transaction a few days after wrongly assuming that my check for the down payment had been sent. All he had to do was ask me if I sent a check (I know I didn't). Instead he waited and I only found out through my insurance agent because they needed certain documents to process my insurance. I eventually purchased the car and after 10 whole days I still never got word about my registration. When I called I was told the registration was available 9 days before this. Since I had no registration in my vehicle my car was illegal after 7 days. The dealer's response was, "well the car is already registered". I then asked if the dealer was okay paying my fines and penalties every time I got pulled over for having no inspection sticker and no registration in the vehicle and their response was, "of course we would pay that". It was laughable. This puts both me and the dealership at legal risk. What if I never called after 10 days? How long was the dealer willing to wait to inform me that my registration was available right away after purchase? I then demanded to talk to the sales manager (after the initial person I contacted tried to prevent me). I told them of the situation and they said that the sales rep was "new", which is not an excuse to which they agreed. I was then asked what they could do to rectify the situation. I said "a few hundred bucks, or carpet floor mats that my salesman promised me and lied about". I was told they will "let the dust settle". It's been over a month and still nothing. This translates to: "we're hoping you will forget about this after a few months and not keep pushing us about this". Lastly, on an unrelated note, two couches on the entire salesroom floor is not enough space to keep crowds of people waiting for service or buying a car. I ended up waiting in the way corner of the floor at an unused desk. A salesman approached me and said, "this space is for customers, I have a customer coming now". Am I not a customer? Not only that this "customer" that was supposedly coming never showed. I was staring at the empty desk for an hour and a half afterward. The salesman just wanted a power trip to say he got me to move. More

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience, and it's essential to share my experience to warn potential customers about the deceptive practices I endured. Dealing with salesperson Gilbert Perea, it's essential to share my experience to warn potential customers about the deceptive practices I endured. Dealing with salesperson Gilbert Perea, my troubles began when pressured to place a deposit on a car without clear refund terms. During my first visit, after a cumbersome process involving the manager, I was eventually able to have the refundable nature of the security deposit mentioned on the document I signed. However, it was not without resistance from Gilbert, who incorrectly insisted that it would be illegal for them to keep the deposit if I didn't buy the car—a blatantly false statement. A week later, armed with a pre-approved loan from Chase Bank, I faced further resistance. Gilbert claimed they don't work with Chase, which is absurd considering Chase being one of the major banks and that their function is to facilitate the payment process. They insisted on a credit application through Toyota Financial Services, citing a store policy. And condescendingly, they treated me as if I lacked understanding or insight, all the while insinuating that opting for a different loan term would be a wiser choice. Adding to the frustration, they persisted in playing the good cop-bad cop game, involving the manager and attempting to wear me down in the process. This, despite my clear initial mention that I was well aware of these sales tactics and found them ridiculous. These inflexible policies and lack of transparency resulted in my inability to purchase the car despite having the financing ready to go. Regrettably, the car has been sitting in their lot for a week, a testament to their incompetence. My advice to potential customers: Approach with caution, thoroughly scrutinize agreements, and be wary of their deceptive tactics and lack of integrity. Until significant changes are made, I cannot recommend them. More

It was not a sales pitch it was what can I do for you, what do you need!! You know the difference when someone is genuine and Chase is genuine. Will definitely recommend him and Boch to my extended family and friends. 5 Star ++ More

Literally the best experience buying a car from start to finish. Colin G. is just an amazing person. Extremely knowledgeable and truly treats a customer as if they were a friend or family. I can't say enoug finish. Colin G. is just an amazing person. Extremely knowledgeable and truly treats a customer as if they were a friend or family. I can't say enough positive thing's about him and the overall buying experience with Colin and the outstanding communication with the me the customer and Dewayne (who helped make the usually dreaded "paperwork" portion smooth, efficient & completely pain free) Great teamwork and dealership experience! ***Make sure you ask for Colin G. at Boch Toyota if you are considering buying a new or pre-owned vehicle! Have you been harassed by Eric Yngve, he turned our car shopping experience at Boch from good to horrible after spending a hour at the dealer on 11/202/21. Our daughter bought a car from this same dealer a shopping experience at Boch from good to horrible after spending a hour at the dealer on 11/202/21. Our daughter bought a car from this same dealer a year ago and was totaled when a huge tree fell on her car while driving. She is lucky to be alive. John, the sales representative, delivered the best customer service one can ask for, professional, respectful and knowledgeable, he guided us from looking for a new car which is not available to order one. We are about to sign the purchase and Eric was brought to answer a question. We were told by Eric that every dealer charges market adjustment fee and $2,000 is lowest around. However, if we brought him cookies made "with love", maybe he can help us. He also rudely stopped us when telling him the reason why our car was totaled, in his words 'you told me already, your car is totaled, trees fell down everywhere, fell down on my car too... What a bazar experience in matter a a couple of minutes, condescending, sexiest, misogynistic, and inappropriate, in front of customers and his employees. Every organization is as strong as the weakest link, Eric is the bad link for this dealer. We just felt bad that John, out sales man, will miss this sale because of his unprofessional manager. More

Boch is a big volume dealer, customer service not their strong suit. We went in looking for a specific make/model/year/mileage CPO. We had pre-approved financing from USAA at 2.79%, our credit is very goo strong suit. We went in looking for a specific make/model/year/mileage CPO. We had pre-approved financing from USAA at 2.79%, our credit is very good. They literally sold 2 cars we were interested in while we were there, that’s OK, it’s a crazy market right now. BUT when we sat down to talk about a car we had some interest in they came back with the old fashioned “let me check with my manager” routine. Ok fine, this is 2021 we can skip this step but whatever. The kicker was the 7.5% interest rate….ummmm NOPE. I had not revealed my USAA option yet but when I pushed back on the rate the sales person told me they do not accept outside financing. (this is common with dealerships in MA that discount the car and make way more on forcing you to use their marked up rate. That 7.5% was likely around 4 or less but they get the whole difference between the big rate and the sell rate (google it to understand). When I said no thanks, we will use USAA the sales manager put on his dog and pony show about how he doesn’t accept outside financing and that’s how they can sell cars so cheaply. Your not selling cars cheaply if I am paying an extra 4% over 60 months! But they count on you not knowing that and them getting the thousands and thousands of dollars in extra interest the bank will kick back to them. The cars price WILL be higher if you pay cash or finance outside. The finance manager said he would consider USAA because of the military affiliation but it doesn’t interest me to do business with them. We walked away, no sweat off our back. If your not a person with great credit or you don’t mind paying way more in the long run, they have good inventory. If you don’t want to be forced into a significantly higher interest rate, find another dealer. More
