Took my car in for an estimate on damage carbon fiber engine cover and crossbar. I never received my estimate but they charged me for the service. I dont know Eric, so this is NOT a review of him . This system does not let me delete him. The car was delivered for service and later before pick up, the advisor said it needed a new battery and woul This system does not let me delete him. The car was delivered for service and later before pick up, the advisor said it needed a new battery and would not charge. It was replaced last year, and as is with all Mclrens, there is a very easy way to recharge the battery and start the car. They charged me $850 to charge it and then said it could not be charged, and needed a 5k battery. I knew this was not true because of a long history of owning Mclarens. Next, althought he car only had 500 miles since the last service, they said the tired were rotted and set pictures of tires clearly abused and not caught during inspection. They ordered tires but said they could not put them on until the battery was charged since the car would not start. In essence, holding it hostage for a 5k battery it didn't need. I sent another Lamborghini dealer to pick it up and they refused to release it until I paid for tires they didn't deliver, and the car started immediately and was loaded in a trailer. Proving clearly the battery issue was a lie. More
