I purchased a Mitsubishi, approximately 1 week after purchase, my catalyst converter went out. The manager was very rude and I was told that I had to pay half the cost. Upon purchasing the vehicle it wa purchase, my catalyst converter went out. The manager was very rude and I was told that I had to pay half the cost. They tell you everything that you want to hear in order to make that sale, but once it's made, they treat you like crap. I was very disappointed in the misleading aspect. The Salesman was Eric More
