Hello, My name is Eric Willis or just "Willis". I am a Georgia Native, born and raised in Acworth, Ga. I have 5 year old twin boys. I enjoy fishing, playing softball, and spending time with the family in my downtime. I have been in the Automotive Industry for a a little over 10 years. I started my career as a Service Technician. I worked hard and acquired several titles along the way such as Detail Manager, Finance Manager, and Internet Sales and BDC Manager. Honestly I had a great experience with Eric Willis. He treated me right from the start and took care of everything. Financing department was also great and easy process. Would definitely recommend anyone treated me right from the start and took care of everything. Financing department was also great and easy process. Would definitely recommend anyone to come here. If it wasn't for Eric Willis I would rate it as a 3 star due to service. The service department needs to be questioned on there quality control. My truck was in for inspection and service which all they did is inspect it and not service it. My oil was the same, my air filter was absolutely filthy and there is a load thump when you accelerate. I don't trust bringing it back into the service department. I will be going elsewhere for service. More

I would of gave a good review,but I can't. I brought a new truck 2020 big horn 2 weeks ago and it's been in the shop twice and still there. The check engine light keeps coming on.
