I found this dealership online and found they had what I was looking for. I had them reserve a vehicle for me as I live out of state. I show up test drive the vehicle and decide to move forward. First I was looking for. I had them reserve a vehicle for me as I live out of state. I show up test drive the vehicle and decide to move forward. First I was in my opinion after doing research, severely low-balled on my trade in. Then had to wait for much longer than I should have for finance. They tried to get me to finance through a different institution than I had already told them I wanted. Anyway, I drive away in the new vehicle back to my state. A couple days later I was reviewing the invoice and noticed that one of the Dealer Installed Options was included in the price but not included on the vehicle. I contacted Eric to see if we could get this corrected but he told me I got such a good deal they would not refund my money for this option. I then contacted his sales manager who never would get back with me. Clearly they don't care about you after you leave their lot, so therefore I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. This is not how you treat customers if you want repeat business from them. I feel I am being generous with giving them 3 stars. More

Honest about car location. Eric Vincent was amazing! He got us the vehicle we wanted, for the price we wanted to pay. We had been to about 5 other dealerships before this one and they all told us there He got us the vehicle we wanted, for the price we wanted to pay. We had been to about 5 other dealerships before this one and they all told us there was no way we could get what we were asking for. Eric made it happen. The only reason I'm giving the dealership a 3 at this time, is because I still haven't recieved my title paperwork and it's been well over 2 months since I purchased the vehicle, and I can't seem to get anyone from the title desk to call me back and tell me what's happening or offer me another temp tag while I wait. Although they did offer to pay any ticket I recieved, I really don't want any tickets on my clean record. However, overall the whole experience was great. I'd definitely buy a car from Eric at Jim Norton again. More

Everyone was nice and helpful. Nobody made me feel pressured into spending more than my budget.
