Horrible communication and lack of following though on the things they said they would do after they had the contract. I bought a 4 runner that had just been traded in and needed work before I took posses the things they said they would do after they had the contract. I bought a 4 runner that had just been traded in and needed work before I took possession. Instead of being honest about when it would be read and what was taking so long Ihad a sales man that would tell me he would check on it and then goast me. After several of these interactions I called the sales manager. That gave me another story that tha car would ready the next day. When I left him a voice mail the next day stating I would be there in a couple hours to get it he called me back saying that it was done but now had a seat belt alarm and that's why I couldn't get it that day. The next day the sales man actually called me back and said they had that fixed but still had get the windshield. So I don't know if the sales manager was lying or misinformed but it was almost 2 weeks before I got my 4 runner. I would not have been thrilled about but I would have a lot happier if they had just been upfront and honest with me about the repairs not getting started when I was told they would be instead of leading me on day after day. I do really like the 4 runner, but ruined the experience and took all the joy of buying it. More
