This was my first Steve Johnson, Eric Tucker, & Lisa Rouse were all extremely helpful and a delight to work with while buying my new Hyundai Elantra! This was my first car purchase on my own, so it was quite a big deal. They all made me feel very comfortable. Steve and Eric catered to exactly what I was looking for in terms of features of the car. They even went out to find the color I wanted in a very short time frame. The whole process was done for me in under a week. Eric got me started with the process and introduced us to Steve. Steve helped my test drive multiple vehicles and informed me about a couple options until I found what I wanted. He also made efforts to follow up on multiple occasions. Lisa helped me to understand my insurance coverage (something I had never gone over in detail before) and made the conversation happy and easy for me. Over all I was very pleased with the experience and it is not the first time my family has purchased a car from this dealership and we always experience the same results. change my mind I buy a 2018 Tucson SLE PLUSS Gray with black interiors but when arrive home I realice the black leather look a little plastic to my taste.
