1st time dealing with Sloane Toyota of Malvern. I was looking for a quality used vehicle for my daughter(her 1st vehicle) and a vehicle popped up in my search at Sloan. within 10 minutes of express I was looking for a quality used vehicle for my daughter(her 1st vehicle) and a vehicle popped up in my search at Sloan. within 10 minutes of expressing interest online- I had a text from Eric Trembicki a salesman at Sloan. I had a few questions and made an appointment for my daughter and I to drive test drive the vehicle. Eric also went outside and made a quick video of the car and texted it to me within 5 minutes of making the appointment to show the condition and some key features on the vehicle for us to view before we arrived. When we arrived Eric took a copy of the licenses and had us in the vehicle in under 10 minutes to go out on our own and test drive it. There was no sales pitch or pressure from Eric, he made the whole experience easy and answered or got us answers to any questions that we had. We purchased the car and Eric sat down in the car with my daughter and went over all features inside the car etc. It was one of the easiest and most enjoyable experiences I have had buying a vehicle. Eric was outstanding! More
