Hello! My goal is to deliver a world class customer service experience to every customer, not only before and during, but also after the purchase as well. I handle everything from the guiding the customer to the perfect vehicle to handling the paperwork. I truly love what I do and hope it shows to my customer's. I started in the car business in 2013 as a Sales associate and quickly worked my way into management. I have experience in all aspects of the car sales process: Sales, Operations, Sales Manager, and General Manager. I found Dallas Lease Returns last year during the pandemic and love it here. The team is like family and it is an awesome place for a customer to purchase a vehicle. About me: I grew up in Southern California and moved to Texas in 2004. Married in 2012 and a girl Dad of 3. We found the truck of our dreams on Dallas Lease Returns website and decided to make the drive from Arlington to North Dallas to check it out. To say that we were pleasantly surprised is an understatemen website and decided to make the drive from Arlington to North Dallas to check it out. To say that we were pleasantly surprised is an understatement. Both Robert and Eric T were consummate professionals but not stuffy at all. The entire process start to finish was much faster than prior experiences we've had while purchasing vehicles.
