They lied to me about everything. They won’t return my calls. The said they would maintenance and detail. They didn’t. Tires were low and warning onscreen. Had to stop and air up. Way over charged me and didnt know I had to check Kelley Bluebiik before buying. Was going to recommend to my kids needing a car but will not recommend to anyone and am going to TikTok, X and Facebook telling everyone I can to not buy from them! More

Overall experience was great. We had a very polite and friendly salesman Greg! However, when it was time to ask for a few major changes that needed to be fixed on the 2016 Dodge We had a very polite and friendly salesman Greg! However, when it was time to ask for a few major changes that needed to be fixed on the 2016 Dodge 3500( dry rotted tires, old batteries , and issues with the front end a ball joint or u joint most likely all in which are safety issues ) that is when things to a turn for the worst . We were paying asking price for the truck, also were going to pay TT&L & Doc Fee upfront and paying for new window tinting (in which was messed up as well.) We were called and asked also pay half of the cost of the tires $600. So their cost was $1200 which I don’t believe. They were Ironman tires, Walmart sells all 6 for 1040 that’s with mounting, road hazard and balance. Buyer just make sure to educate and due your research before purchasing a used vehicle from here. Definitely prying on the uneducated buyer with their nice guy and we care attitudes. Like I said they are very nice and respectful but obviously are not interested in REALLY caring about the customer More
