Eric could not have been more knowledgeable or helpful or made the purchasing process any easier. He listened to our "wish list". He discussed our options. He took the time to make sure we understood everything. We never felt rushed or pressured during the process. He listened and truly understood all of my concerns. Prior to me coming into the dealership to pick up my car, Eric and I went over the figures and when I got to the dealership, the figures was just as we discussed. Eric never rushed me and spent a great deal of time with me in making the right decision. My biggest concern as part of the sales process has always been feeling and knowing that I am getting a good deal for what is being offered. Eric was very forthcoming and went over the details of the sale. Together we reviewed my priorities and looked at what made the most sense. He made the return of my previous vehicle and the pick-up of my new vehicle easy, seamless, and painless – a truly pleasurable experience on an early Saturday morning.
