His knowledge, his demeanor,, his attendance to our specific needs and his problem solving skills made attractive for us to continue our relationship with Mercedes and not with any other high end car maker. I also want to note that we had varied experiences with branches of Mercedes. We found some of your services less than optimal. For example interactions we recently had with your central financial service office ( over a speeding ticket charge). Agents at different levels were unhelpful, condescending, and callous. Far from what one expects from a company of the Stature of Mercedes. IN CONTRAST. Eric Scott stands for everything I would expect of Mercedes. More

Eric Scott is an excellent salesman, helpful to a fault. My experience with the service department has been positive. On the other hand, your collision repair operation could use serious improvement. It's very difficult to find out what's happening to the car or when it might be ready. Phone calls are not returned, text messages are ignored, etc. Compounding that frustration is the fact that the repairs take an exceedingly long time. More

When I think Eric has hit his peak, he wows me again and again by exceeding my extremely high expectations for customer service and fairness in the competitive world of car buying or leasing. I purchased the car of my dreams - GTCAMG yesterday. I never thought I would be able to get into this car but Eric created such an easy path for me to own it, He spent as much time as I needed to educate me to every piece of technology in the car. There are no words that I can find to express my gratitude to Eric for how easy and professional he always makes the car buying experience for me. While Eric is the face of the sale, he couldn't do it all alone. Behind the scenes and supporting both me and Eric are two very special people I owe much gratitude to. Eric's New Car Sales Manager, Jonathan Logue, couldn't have been more enjoyable to work with. While Jonathan is in the background, I was fortunate to meet him and without his expertise and fairness, none of my many new car buys at Bethesda EuroMotors could have occur. I've been blessed to have built a very long time relationship with Bethesda EuroMotors and Eric and Jonathan. But, there is one person, who always makes it happen for me and that's Todd Patykewich, Finance Manager. Once the price is agreed upon with Eric and Jonathan, it's time to secure financing. There is absolutely no one better than Todd in helping me find the best financing package available at the time. Todd's calm and honest demeanor, always puts me at ease. He never once 'sells" me when it comes to obtaining financing, wheel and tire insurance and maintenance contracts. He explains everything in detail to me and from his educational approach, I am then able to make a more well informed decision as to which financing and product options I should select. Without Todd, who has been involved in every single transaction I have ever done in Bethesda EuroMotors, I simply would not be able to purchase or lease the cars of my choice. What's best about Todd, Eric and Jonathan is that while they understand their business skill sets and do each extremely well, I am always treated like a friend or family member when I walk into their dealership. Once I have purchased or lease my Mercedes, I'm blessed yet again to have a service relationship with German Martinez, Simply stated, I am always treated as if I'm the only customer German has at the moment even though he is always busy with others. He is simply the best at what he does. Too often the car sales and service experiences are overwhelming and outright unfair to the customer. I'm blessed to have Todd, Eric and Jonathan, and German always involved whenever it is time to purchase, lease or service my Mercedes from Bethesda EuroMotors. More
