We contacted our salesman Eric Scott with questions. Eric was superb. He responded to us continually with facts and great advice. Once on site at the dealership he took us through the car and described the car in detail with an extremely friendly and patient attitude. Our buying process was extremely efficient and fast. Todd Patykewich, the Business Manager, immediately presented our finance options and worked to find the lowest loan available. Our final interest rate was lower than what we could secure through our financial institution of 50 years. Todd also presented our extended warranty options which were very important and we chose a long term warranty at a reasonable cost. Alex who works with Eric was also very helpful with some details. Kudos to all at Euro Motors Bethesda is now our go to Mercedes dealership and we will recommend this Team strongly to family and friends. More

Words can’t express how BEYOND AMAZING my very first Mercedes Benz experience was! I used the RODO app in looking for a new car since my old lease was up, which in turn led me to Eric Scott and EuroMot Mercedes Benz experience was! My situation wasn’t ideal going into this transaction and I had more than one salesperson chalk me up to being a lost cause. But not Eric. Let me tell you...this man went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me. I have leased many cars and have dealt with many salesman in the past, but nobody was as personable, informative, and just all around amazing and willing to help work with me to figure out a solution to my not so ideal situation.
