Family member purchased a 14 Nissan Altima 2.5S recently. It had a sticker in the window stating it was headed to the auction. The transmission went out after putting 65 miles on it. Honda of Kirkland agr It had a sticker in the window stating it was headed to the auction. The transmission went out after putting 65 miles on it. Honda of Kirkland agreed to replace vehicle with a full refund towards another vehicle minus taxes, lic and doc fee. I thought that was amazing customer service until they "self towed" the vehicle to the dealership. They claimed the newer vehicle they picked out did not have enough "book value" so they declined to do the deal unless they buy a way more expensive car. Typically, my family purchases their vehicles from me, but due to our used car shortage, they were not able and thought Honda of Kirkland would be the next best thing. They were sadly misktaken! My first thought is that if I make a promise to a customer, I follow through 100%. It's unfortunate that Honda of Kirkland cares more about their bottom line, than a customer that only spent less than $13,000 for a vehicle they thought was reliable. I asked my family member about a service contract. Typically it's offered however they were not "crystal clear" the offer was an option. If 0 stars were an option, that is exactly what they deserve. Will refer family to Attorney General as well as the BBB. More

I have been a customer of Honda of Kirkland for close to twenty years and just bought my fourth 2021 Accord Touring. I have not only purchased my cars at dealership but, have always entrusted all my servic twenty years and just bought my fourth 2021 Accord Touring. I have not only purchased my cars at dealership but, have always entrusted all my servicing needs to them. Everyone is highly knowledgeable, professional and always striving to assist you with a smile. Above all, honesty is one of theit root guiding priciples. The only word that comes to mind to adequately describe Honda of Kirkland is EXCELLENCE! They have always exceeded my expectations and I consider them as part of my extended family. More

Justin Lee the sales rep was amazing but when it came to financial departments they did not seem to know how to do their job and did not do the things I asked them that I wanted and had to keep coming back financial departments they did not seem to know how to do their job and did not do the things I asked them that I wanted and had to keep coming back to sign papers. And was told they had financing figured out before I left. Luckily I had my own financing so I had something to go with. Would not recommend going there if you do not have financing figured out before had. More

The financial guy was terrible. I refused all of the Add-ons, he looked upset or something, stood up and left. He came back 10 minutes later and I gave in and bought the xx VIN etch for $375 so I c the Add-ons, he looked upset or something, stood up and left. All were very professional while still being very friendly and supportive throughout the acquisition process. In particular, I would like to commend your sales rep., Mr. Joseph Murphy. With over 50 years of personal car purchasing/leasing circumstances, I have never had a better car purchasing experience than I had with Joe. No matter the dimension being rated (experience, respect, courtesy, helpfulness (and ease of working with), product knowledge, enthusiasm about the product, responsiveness to questions and problems, follow-up post sale, etc.). Joe is at the top of all the car sales professionals I know, and I can't praise him enough. He has gone above and beyond the call and easily out ranks any car sales personnel I have ever dealt with. I would have no reservations recommending him and Honda of Kirkland for sales, leasing , service and product. Finally, I would emphasize that Joe is an all-around good and honorable person and I consider it an honor and privilege to know him. Thank you Joe.
