If I could give them a zero I would! I must say as long as your vehicle is under their warranty you are fine. I took my vehicle in to address a oil consumption issue after having to add I must say as long as your vehicle is under their warranty you are fine. I took my vehicle in to address a oil consumption issue after having to add a quart of oil once per week. After their inspection, they could never find anything. Once my warranty was up in October, all of a sudden in November they found a leak and the issue that cost me 2700. After paying 2700, I continued to have the same issue. I brought it to their attention and they denied it. After pressing the issue they agreed to check their work and of course find nothing with the repairs they made. After asking why was I charged 2700 dollars for a repair that still exist they became upset stating I need to pay 16000 to have a new block out into my vehicle. Of course I refused to pay it because 1) they misdiagnosed it the first time and still couldn’t find the problem and 2) the car is a 2014 that is only worth about 15k. After researching, Audi has had several complaints filed for the same issue with many of their vehicles, as well as a class action lawsuit for the same issue. To make a long story short, Audi do not stand behind their products and several attorney has offered to assist me with this concern after looking over my vehicle service records seeing that I have been faithful with taking car of my vehicle. Clearly it is a manufacturer issue and Audi is aware for is not backing their product! STAY AWAY and especially Eric Ponce who has been avoiding me after asking about the lawsuit and also asking me to Zelle him my diagnostic fee. More
