We were in the market for a new Prius. They are hard to find so we put our request in with three Toyota dealerships nearest to us. A few months later Eric called us to say he found one. We put in a down payment and waited about a month or so for delivery. We picked it up last Friday and love it! Eric was very helpful all along the way. He kept giving us updates as it got closer to delivery. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and the whole process.
