TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM - manager ERICK This dealer has good cars and good people working there, but the MANAGER ERICK is going to make the business crash in a few years. I made an appointm This dealer has good cars and good people working there, but the MANAGER ERICK is going to make the business crash in a few years. I made an appointment to buy a GMC truck at this dealership. I called to confirm the appointment as nobody called me to confirm it. On the day of the appointment I was checking the address online to put it on the GPS and there was a sign saying that the car was sold. I called the dealer one more time and I spoke to the MANAGER ERICK who told me the car was not sold and told me the "car was there waiting for me". I drove 1 hour and 45 min with my wife and three year old son and a very nice sales man asked for all the info to have the test drive done and suddenly ERICK came to me saying "the car was sold yesterday". I hope he will take his job and people's lives and schedule more serious. I would love to do business with people that gives value to what do. I HOPE THIS REVIEW WILL REACH THE OWNER AND THEY WILL COME UP WITH A BETTER SOLUTION TO COMMUNICATE WITH CLIENTS. More
