Other people in the facility being proceeded by the same finance person at the same time. I appreciated Eric’s updates. On another note totally different experience of my daughter with Sutton Ford. She was buying a used car and after paying deposit getting to the final step after being there over 4 hours ready to sign there was a problem with the title. That put a different thought on sending or recommending Sutton. No fault of the salesman. Just very disappointing. More

Eric was a good guy just didn’t get back with me in a timely fashion! I have had no real issues with truck but when i got to dealer they told me about some fine print items that I wasn’t interested in an timely fashion! I have had no real issues with truck but when i got to dealer they told me about some fine print items that I wasn’t interested in and the gap insurance i want to cancel they are not being super helpful. I probably wouldn’t purchase another vehicle here my dealer close to home is way more helpful sutton just had the truck i wanted. More
