AS I AM TAKING DELIVERY I learn that the (very pricey) truck I purchased came with a single key fob. I found that somewhat disappointing... until I got home and did some research. THEN I learned that a truck I purchased came with a single key fob. I found that somewhat disappointing... until I got home and did some research. THEN I learned that a new programmed fob will likely run over $400! That's a significant hit. Now I'm EXTREMELY disappointed. I think that not disclosing this ahead of time - given the known cost - was irresponsible and - perhaps - unethical. My sales person went to the manager to plead my case. We went to Toyota to trade in our vehicles for a Highlander Hybrid. We originally thought we would look at/go with a used one, but after speaking at length with Fawad Rezayee and learning the additi Highlander Hybrid. Fawad and Eric Mamede, the Sales Manager, were both a pleasure to work with and a fair deal was made. Fawad was terrific in keeping in touch with us to let us know when the registration was ready and gave a full demo/answered all our questions patiently regarding Google Play, features we were not familiar with, etc. We would definitely work with him again! The real test of a dealership is how they treat you after, not before the sale. Since I have just purchased my new Tacoma I must refrain from giving Imperial a 5star rating until I have experience wit after, not before the sale.
