Coastal was a great dealership to work with up front, and look forward to see how they take care of the vehicle going forward. Eric was great and friendly to work with during the sale, and was extremely attentive. Original review below for reference: Sale was okay. Deal was okay. The response from the sales person after the sale, with little minor things, was not. I was told that I'd get a call back in a week about some items that were missing when I got the car (simple, little things). Whenever I've purchased a car from other dealerships, the dealership is very active to work with me. At Coastal, I get directed to my saleperson (Eric) every time I call and mention my issue. But I have not received communication from him in over a month despite me leaving texts, voicemails and messages. Honestly, feel like I was used as a sale and kicked to the side of the road. More
