Bought a truck with peeling paint and bubbles and they say its "coated" calls to the shady finance manager lied on the phone saying it was part of the price and included , when I called it out and said if it was it wouldn't be listed as a line item after the intial purchase and taxes. Then said oh no I meant its included in the bottom line.. yeah no kidding, thats the problem. Of course they won't do anything. If you do make the mistake of buying here, make sure you read your documentation. Zurich anything is a scam. I now wish I wouldn' t have bought my other car at starling in orlando, they don't care about repeat customers and they are not in the business of establishing a buying relationship.. scam artists at best. Not to mention I asked them to look at what costs would be to fix a couple handles that had peeling paint.. no answer.. nothing. More
