Great service and a. wonderful sales.team! I spent.the morning at the dealership for an oil.charge. While waiting, I checked.in with my.salesman Tim Guillette to see th wonderful sales.team! I spent.the morning at the dealership for an oil.charge. While waiting, I checked.in with my.salesman Tim Guillette to see the new Trax for 2024. He has already.sold me 3 of them. He went through all.of the upgrades, new color choices and even we even took a new car out for a test. This was.my.pre-planning for a new car purchase 8mo to a year in the future. I left there with a good idea of what I plan to purchase. If you are in the market for a new or used car with no heavy sales pressure, with full explanations and answers for all of your questions, I highly recommend Tasca, the Chevy Trax and Tim! More

I had a nail in my rear tire. I made an appointment with Tasca Chevrolet in Woonsocket to have the tire replaced $750. The parts person was very nice and had the the tire at the dealership when J arrived. The dealership is 30 miles from my home so we drove very careful not exceeding 50 mph. As I was pulling into the dealership I received a call from Tiffany Pembleton telling me that the computer system was down and that I would need to reschedule my appointment. I pulled into the service bay because I didn’t want to risk damage to the car by driving it back home with the nail still in it. As I pulled into the service bay I could hear someone shouting at me that I needed to get my car out of the Brian’s off the property. As I got out of the car I told Ms Pembleton that I was going in to see the manager. She kept following me hounding me. I asked her to get away from me but she kept following me. Finally I looked at 2 sales people in the show room and said you are a witness I am telling this woman to get away from me. I finally reached the sales manager who rectified the situation and changed my tire. I was so upset I placed a call to the general manager to please call me. The general manager never called me until I posted a bad review. When I asked why he didn’t call me he said he felt the problem was resolved. He further added that she does a lot of business for him. I was so taken back by his lack of response that this will force me to seek another dealer to service my car. More
